E-mail the application to indicate the apartment or room that you wish to reserve or any specific needs that you have; budget, period of stay, area etc. - Alternative Supply and Election
As quickly as possible, within 1-3 days we will be in contact with you to discuss the distinct possibilities. - Reservations and Confirmation
If you are in agreement we can arrange a meeting to see it and if you are outside Madrid we will send you the contract. In any case, you must sign the contract and pay management and administrative expenses (75€ tax included) and the first months rent.

We apply a discount of 10% if you obtain a renter for the room or apartment that you leave empty. - Letter for obtaining a VISA
We will prepare the documentation necessary to present to the embassy. Price: 75 € (tax included)
Airport Pickup If we are given at least 24 hours notice, we can arrange transport from the airport to your accommodation.
For this service we require: The transports waiting time at the airport is one hour; regardless the costs must be paid. |
